  • Equipment Inspection:
    • Check cables for wear and cracks, ensure cable arms are properly secured, and check the BodyFly platform for debris, dust, or moisture.
    • Ensure resistance settings match on both sides.
  • Workout Space Requirements:
    • A 4×4 ft area is ideal for full movement.
    • Use flat, non-slip flooring for stability.
    • Avoid direct exposure to water, extreme heat, or sand.
  • Maintenance & Care:
    • Clean the base with a soft cloth after use.
    • Inspect internal shocks every 90 days.
