This gives you a preview of the information that will be covered in the manual.\u00a0Each Certified BodyFly Trainer is required to learn and retain a high level of knowledge about the owner\u2019s manual to best help your clients and more importantly represent BodyFly Fitness in the best way possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Safety First!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">In general, the BodyFly is considered a safe piece of exercise equipment for all levels. However, there are steps you can take to enhance your safety while working out.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Give yourself enough room.\u00a0The BodyFly takes up minimal floor space, and you need to be able to move freely while doing the exercises.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Don\u2019t overexert yourself.\u00a0Just like free weights and other resistance machines, choose a weight that\u2019s comfortable and allows you to use proper form. Exercise professionals and health coaches are well-positioned to support these individuals. Instead of in-person greetings at the gym, you can now record regular videos on your phone to get members\u00a0pumped\u00a0for what\u2019s to come.<br>\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Think positively.\u00a0<\/strong><br>We recommend\u00a0shifting\u00a0focus\u00a0so\u00a0that\u00a0anxieties transform into opportunities.\u00a0This can be done for you and your clients.
