I Tryed body fly for the first time today (9/27/2022) . My friend has one , and it is incredible ! You want to talk about time under tension ! Hot Dam ! I’m a big man (heavy) lol with arthritis all over my body and I must say using this is so easy on my joints it allows me to do things I can’t do with free weights I would highly recommend everyone buying one of these ! I know I’m getting one .
